Entree S29 is a Sandwich/Salad Unit, one section with self-closing doors with 90 degree stay open feature.  Stainless steel front & sides.  One heavy duty baked epoxy shelf, full length poly-vinyl cutting board and 1/6 size lexan pans included.  Solid state thermostat w/ digital display.  Unit comes complete with casters (2 with brakes).  Zero clearance back and sides.
