A return authorization number is required for all returns. Only unused products can be returned in their original carton after obtaining authorization from Roger & Sons. A 30% restocking fee plus the shipping cost applies to all returns.

Custom, special or items we do not stock can not be returned.

A credit/refund will apply upon inspection for damage or misuse.
